Decor will be charged extra as per selection.
Outside vendors are not allowed.
A 50% advance needs to be paid at booking; full balance payments must be made 10 days before the event date.
Lunch time is from 1 pm to 4 pm. Dinner time is from 7 pm to 10 pm.
All kinds of fireworks are not allowed within the premises of Grand Orchid Marquees.
Grand Orchid Marquees is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances beyond human control.
Grand Orchid Marquees will not be responsible for your luggage.
AC charges of Rs15000/hr will be charged separately.
Withholding tax will be charged as per government rate.
Service charges of 5% will be applied.






